supply not only nails of our standard production
range, however we can even supply nails which are
tailormade to requirements and needs of the customer,
and, of course, at competitive prices. We are
always close to the customer, our sales representatives

nail solution. Our production and stock capacities
enable flexible deliveries to the customer.
Customer
Our customers are hardware retails and
wholesales, building companies, manufacturers
of wooden pallets and packages,
but even other businesses engaged in
commercial and manufacturing activities.
The commercial activity is orientated on establishing
stable partnership relations not
only within EU bounds. The emphasis is
put on creating a steady relationship based
on mutual trust and respect for concluding
and keeping commercial agreements. We
make every effort to provide partners with
advantageous offers and secure the best
service while executing the order.
Quality
The chain of quality check, starting with the
check of wire over the phase of production
process up to the final check and dispatch
of the goods, is strictly followed and documented.
The output check stamp owing to
its numerical combination enables to trace
the production process and its observance.
Products are stocked in in-door warehouses
under prescribed climatic conditions (temperature,
humidity).
Documents that approve the quality of
our products are the certificate for the nail
production issued by Engineering Testing
Institute (SZÚ) in Jablonec nad Nisou and
the certificate for the manufacture of nails
to apply in the production of wooden EUR
pallets issued by European Pallet Association
(EPAL).
Production process
On one side we keep the traditional face
of nail manufacture at classic conventional
machines, on the other hand we dispose
of world’s top machinery for the manufacture,
cleaning, thread rolling, collating
and packing. All processes are done in fully
air-conditioned halls and under a well kept
cleaness of working environment.
Living evironment
Protection of living environment is the priority
topic also for the nail production. We take
care of keeping values of heavy metal contents
in chemical composition of wire under
admissible limits. The packages are made of
corrugated board that contains no harmful
materials, and they are fully recyclable.
We dispose of the certificate about concluding
contract with EKO-KOM, the declaration
of fulfilment of conditions for introducing
the package on the market.
Transport
We secure transport of full load consignments
over the Czech republic and abroad
by means of contract partners. The transport
of piece consignments is made by
means of collective service freight.
